Current Employee - Resident Aide in Pittsburgh, PA

I have been working at Providence Point full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fairly easy to get a job at whether you have any training or not in this field, especially in the Personal Care/Independent Living department.

    Cons

The turnover rate of employees is extremely high. In its first year of operations, over 500 people quit or were fired. Also they have had 5 different Directors in the Personal Care section in 3 years. Depending on who you are, you may or may not have to follows rules. Often it is untrained Nursing Aides making decisions about how residence are handled.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
