    I have been working at Prowess Consulting full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Flexible work-schedule allows employees to work from home
    Seattle location is good for commuters
    Some potential for career growth... if you know the secret handshake

    Cons

    Blatant preference for religious affiliation
    No apparent career path potential, unless you're in (see above)
    Management is slippery and tends to distrust... as a default

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be honest, let employees know that you're really a temp agency
    Don't stand in the way of employee ambition
    Make it clear that most employees last 10-14 months
