    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have never seen a company so top heavy. Titles mean a lot at Pruitt. Learn how to motivate & retain. You are losing so much due to a high turnaround rate. Extremely high. Seems you are now scraping the bottom of the barrel for nurses because the reputation of Pruitt in the community is tarnished. The pay is horrible. So many end up turning down the job due to the high cost of benefits. Most of the staff cannot afford the benefits, for a family medical insurance will cost roughly $11,000 a year, imagine that for someone whose salary is less than $40,000. My advice you have too many in leadership that either don't have a degree or they got their degree so long ago their style is outdated. Most companies today seek young/fresh talent to move in the direction it need to. Stop hiring friends, sons, daughters that don't know anything. Tenet is a joke. We stand there read from the paper & that's it. Never a discussion. We might as well read it from our desk. Mr. Pruitt so many feel you don't care, it really shows. I'm afraid after reading the comments that I've you will soon have a harder time hiring & retaining. Boy what do your competitors think about this. I would be ashamed that such comments are made about a company that has been around over 20 years & you still can't get good employee satisfaction scores. Think about it.
