I worked at PsPrint full-time (Less than a year)
Good pay and benefits, great co-workers, potential for a fun and creative environment with happy employees.
The turnover rate says it all. The customer service department is hands down the unhappiest place I've ever worked (this is not the first call center job I've had). Mismanagement and being treated like children consistently kills morale. Reps are considered "senior reps" after lasting 6 months causing poor customer service and retention due to the constant influx of new, inexperienced employees who give faulty information and service. This could be a great place to work as the pay and benefits are excellent, but the management and company "culture" are horrendous. Stay away at all cost!
Advice to Management
Remove yourself and allow the department to start over with managers trained for the role. Working at Olive Garden does not prepare you to lead a department as complex as a customer service call center.
