    Pros

Very easy job, no prior skills or education required. All goals/benchmark numbers are easily obtained if you do things the way they script. i am in top 15 in my region, and it is not difficult at all. follow the scripts, follow the policy, follow the rules, and you will exceed. I get max bonus every year. very easy job. not for lazy.

    Cons

Your district is your "team". too many people here that just 'punch a clock'. Pay is too low to reel in quality field employees. PMs, need more power in dealing with big picture stuff happening on properties. DMs become too overwhelmed and things like customer service and property maintaining gets neglected. If your hired anything lower than DM, you have no chance to move up in the company. thats a poor policy

    Advice to Management

You are too choosy on hiring criteria for $10.00 an hour. raise the pay, or ease the criteria. turn over is a fact of life, you make it hard to staff a district. Recruiters need to buckledown. countless job fairs that yield 5-6 interviews, with no job offers.
