    Pros

Calm environment, low foot traffic, generally work alone

    Cons

Held to performance sales numbers without the sales pay. Management hassles over issues, but won't handle the problems when they're identified. Unless you find the errors in your pay, it's not managements problem. You can never advance to become a district manager. They only hire from outside the company. Never expect to make more than $20000 a year to $25000. Ever. Expected to hit sales goals, but relief manager work at the property on day off and can drive down your numbers badly but still is your fault.

    Advice to Management

Work with your employees to create a more open direct line of communication without fear of retaliation. If you want more number, throw in commission for sales.
