Training, descent benefits, some great managers.
Union job good compensation.
Non union, good compensation.Cons
The Leadership team has no idea whats really happening on the Directors levels.
There is no room to advance.
Regional Managers are useless.
District Managers are as well.
Unit Managers get rotated, very rarely will you get a position in management.
If you speak up, you'll never move up the ladder. You'll be walked out the door.
If you conform you might get a chance.
They do not value wonderful employees.
Stellar employees leave for better jobs.
And employees who have been there for more than 10 years should expect not to be there too much longer.
30 year employees are getting walked out the door, it is a toxic paranoia that has employees wondering who's next.

Get a grip, if you keep this attitude up your going to keep losing great people, get your ducks in order your being scrutinized by your employees and nobody trusts your ridiculous updates on the intranet, seems all like a bit of a lie after what you've allowed to happen to some of your most loyal employees. I've seen one of the nicest and most loyal person lose their job, they didn't deserve it, you keep crunching numbers but your not thinking its the employees that got you to where you are and the same people your letting go will be helping bigger better businesses get to where their going especially in the courier industry. You show no loyalty to your employees, after all we are just a number.
