Learned a lot. Some great people. Some terrible managers.

    Pros

You really do learn financial statements outside and in; cool if you ever want to play the stock market. 10k's are your friend- that is if you pay attention to what you're doing. You get some nice relaxing time every once in a while and the Company means well. Lots of client interaction; most invaluable part of the whole job.
Also, you will definitely find best friends; guarantee at least some people will have an incredibly well-developed sense of dry humor. Audit brings it out of you.

    Cons

Some of the managers are not well-suited to managing teams and managing them can be really stressful. The review system is ridiculous; every psychology book out there explains why this system is incredibly poor for fairness as well as employee motivation. And you really do sacrifice a lot of life outside of work- hard to make plans. But if you like who you work with you can make that work for you for a while.
