I worked at QAD full-time (more than an year)

Good work-life balance, set own schedule with clients, depending on position, can be very autonomous, which depending on one's personality, could be good or bad, depending if one is a self-starter or not. For me, it was good. Many smart people who were easy to work with.

VP attempting to run a particular segment of the business simply wasn't a good fit for the role. Interpersonal skills were not adequate enough to even comment on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make a serious effort to vet people who will be in senior management. This will have an impact on ensuring good people stay with the company and ultimately to the service delivered to customers. There are competitors out there, some with 3 letter names, that are just waiting to take your business if you don't hire the right people.
