I worked at QPS Employment Group full-time for more than 3 years

    - Non-Manager co-workers
    - At one time this was a great company to work for

    - Pay is well under national average. No raises
    - The atmosphere tends to be more like high school than a professional setting
    - Allow employees who they consider "loyal" to bully and harass other employees
    - They have managers who have no experience in the departments they lead
    - Company has lack of follow through
    - As a professional, you will not have any expectations, goals or plans to help you do your job better
    - If you stick up for yourself then you have a target on your back
    - Company allows branches and upper management to have no accountability
    - They bully you at the company and when you try and speak with HR they will not help you
    - Micro- Manage, no room for growth and no learning opportunities
    - Un able to learn from upper management because they don't have any experience besides working at QPS.
    - Poor communication between all levels of the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't allow people who have no experience in "there" perspective departments to lead them when they have no experience in those areas.
Allow HR to actually help the employees rather trying to cover the company.
Listen to the employees who actually want good things to the company to have a mentor or a leader to help them achieve their goals
