Current Employee - No Longer Exists

I have been working at QuadraMed full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Many years ago this was a great company to work for but ever since it was sold to a private equity firm whom just sold in May to Canadian company, there is nothing good left at Quadramed

    Cons

Company is to be split into product groups and remaining employees not laid off or not to be laid off (we all know 01/01/2014 will lead to more restructuring, increase cost on healthcare and less vacation plus more layoffs) will inherit additional responsibilities since the Finance and HR department will no longer be a core service and all the staff will be gone by year end...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do you really think staff will stay for full transition period without a retention package?
Do you think 1 week severance for every year work capped at 12 years is industry standard?
Eh, wake up and smell the coffee?
