    Pros

    The overall product is exciting and interesting. The company has great potential in the longer term though has not come close to fulfilling that potential yet. Some good non-salary benefits. CEO is well liked and inspiring.

    Cons

    Salaries are not competitive, very limited potential for advancement, quality of middle management is very poor.

    Sales-led organisation leads to immense pressure on non-sales teams to make nonsensical deals work.

    European offices are forced to adopt US policies whether it makes sense in EMEA or not.

    External hires are favoured over internal promotion.

    Extremely long working hours - most staff would say that they are overworked and morale is taking a downturn.

    Culture is overly political in nature, product knowledge amongst key staff is very poor.

    Company starting to lose knowledgable, experienced staff over lack of career development opportunities.

    Different teams pulling in different directions causing friction and stress.

    Advice to Management

    Pay competitive salaries, do a root-and-branch clear out of the dead wood in management. Rework the organisational structure to lessen conflict and most importantly, value your existing, knowledgable staff in EMEA as they are starting to leave the company.
