Great people here. Product is pretty sophisticated. Not the most difficult sale and selling to marketing people is nice - they get it.
Pay is very basic and incentives are lacking. "Moving Up" in the company isn't always a good thing here. Very little support for sales team from other parts of the company, and you don't get any Quantcast apparel which is frustrating.
Advice to Management
Update the incentives and give the sales team more tools. Presidents club should be attainable by everyone and you should give the team the tools necessary to succeed and want to succeed.
