    I worked at Quarles & Brady full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Good pay. Interview process was easy. Firm has good resources for research.

    Cons

    No incentive to streamline or put in place efficiencies for better performance (inefficiencies are billable opportunities). New paralegals and associates are often left alone to figure the Firm's culture and processes. Tenured employees (non-attorney's) often verbally harass new employees without consequence. No sense of moral obligation towards giving proper feedback for improvement or to acclimate into culture for new employees. They will invest in new hires yet will terminate you without hesitation if you don't fit s practice groups personality requirements (those who are docile and don't ask questions). Prospects from corporate environments will have trouble matriculating into environment. Great job and pay for those who have that dry and submissive personalities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There's room for both ethical and moral treatment of new staff, especially those who are good at their work and what they offer to the firms value.
