I have been working at Queen's University Belfast as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Some excellent research goes on. Very friendly colleagues if you're from N.I.
Small community. Quite easy to get to know everyone. Campus area quite small so not too far from anything.

    Cons

Very insular - more likely to progress if you've done Undergrad, postgrad and postdoc in the University. 'Outsiders' can be alienated

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try looking outside the QUB alumni pool for recruitment

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
