    Pros

Lots of perks, fun culture, money can be good. They really invest a lot in training and growing their employees. I would love to work for this company again as something other than a banker!

    Cons

A lot of pressure to sell loans that are not good for customers. When you're not doing well, they start to push you "old leads" where every person you talk to literally will tell you they had submitted their info regarding purchasing a home more than a year ago...and that they had completed the purchase right after that. I thought perhaps it was coincidence, however, those kind of interactions happened to almost all employees right before they got fired for poor performance...so that's a little more than a coincidence.
