Job training is insufficient and you are required to do more than one job at a time! Super frustrating !

I worked at Quik Print full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The pay is decent, they allow over time hours, they have health benefits after 3 months working there, and they also have bonuses for high sales percentage every 60 days as long as you work your shifts (no call in sick days) and you get an hour break for lunch.

    Cons

Too much work and not enough proper training, plus they do not function as a team, and they like to see who can hang in before quitting by giving them difficult and challenging orders, and lastly the manager can sit down and so can graphics department but CSR are made to stand on their feet while on computers and phones. Stools would really help but they thought it would look like the CSR's were sitting down instead of working on the computer stations standing up!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

MAKE YOUR OWN training manuals, and have a training camp for new hires! Also get a system going where you the mgr's can delegate the online job orders to the CSR's etc, you gotta hold more meetings to keep the staff updated on things, please get 2 stools for the CSR's and for crying out loud update and clean the place! ugh. i smelled dead animal for months working there and the bathrooms were always filthy, as well as the kitchen that was where they did laminating!
