From day one you are put on deep waters, thus you learn a lot in a short time.
No processes - no bureaucracyCons
Compensation 20-30% below markets average.
No loyalty to employees.
You are expected to work overtime for which you will not be paid - pros for some as you could theoretically put it in the charity section of your CV.
No trainings in place - company cuts where possible when it comes to fixed costs.
