I have been working at RCM Technologies

Some sales and recruiting roles could work from home. Summer and holiday parties created more of a team atmosphere and environment.

Management never tells employees directly what is happening. They try to cover up the loss of important individuals. Everyone is expected to sell solutions that don't exist with a delivery team that doesn't exist. Like any other company in 2011 everyone is expected to do more with less but the practice of RCM is to do more than double with less than half and expect the results to improve. This is a toxic recipe for failure. With the current shift in upper management there may be an upswing in morale and money, but that is not the current situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should have a grasp on what is going on at all levels of the organization. They should align business strategies to operate as 1 company versus different companies with different definitions of success and accountability. If they did this turnover might not be so high.
