Ability to work remotely. They are more concerned about results rather than how many people you call in day. They do not micromanage your daily activities.
Leadership is very cut and dry. No real team building. Too much turn over with in middle management, makes the general employee feel unstable.
Advice to Management
Grow your team and work on what you have rather than keep replacing middle management. If you have a solid plan in place it would be more effective.
