I have been working at RDA Group full-time

    Pros

    Annual corporate "picnic"
    Annual Christmas party
VPs of certain teams are flexible and understanding of workload
(Slowly) Working to adopt newer technologies
Beginning to realize that younger employees have viable and useful ideas

    Cons

Everyone is ALWAYS overloaded, if you're swamped, you almost have enough work.
Many project staff have no idea what they need to be doing, too eager to agree to (justified and un-justified) customer desires (often not even demands, though you wouldn't know it)
High tension between programmers and project staff on most projects
    Antiquated codebase (VB derivative mostly)
Younger employees' ideas tend to viewed as less valuable or feasible
Far too few programmers for amount of work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more programmers
Provide some formal training to acclimate new employees to "RDA's" way of doing things
Don't focus so heavily on human error, so long as efforts are being made to rectify it

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
