    I have been working at RES Software full-time (more than a year)


    Salaries are above average for the type of roles they provide.


    No growth room. EMEA management is clueless and now they run parts of US operations. They don't have any direction. It's all about putting one fire out with every customer because sales doesn't understand the product and support doesn't understand the product and that makes for a bad combination. Last CEO had a vision that didn't suit a small software company and now they have no CEO at all. No direction. Whenever sales are down the first thing they do is fire the sales staff and throw money at marketing. Training is almost non existent and these are tough products to understand for folks that work here, let alone for customers that want to implement. Big named customers that they used to hang their hat on are realizing this is not a good product or solution and other companies have better, cheaper products. Some have pulled it or threatened to pull the product. Employees are encouraged to give positive reviews out here to entice more employees to come on board.

    Close up the US and focus on EMEA or get your best offer from Citrix and let them run it.
