Working with John Kane & The excellent SE Team. Technology is solid and innovative
Poor US VP Leadership, lack of training, poor brand recognition and not enough marketting and advertising. Channel program is very immature. Upper executive leadership does not appreciate and value employee contributions. A lot of turn over as well. Many larger companies do much of what RES Does. While RES does it better, customers are already invested with the larger and more established companies. Lastly, way too much travel for this position. I would not recommend working here.
Advice to Management
To upper mangement, (not player coaches).....Don't be so paranoid that you make bad decisions and treat employees poorly. Be more engaged in the business and learn the different markets in the US and how they are different and sales cycles are in fact different. Show appreciation and respect for your team members and provide training and development opportunities.
