    I worked at REZ-1 full-time (More than 3 years)

Has good relationships with some clients. Can wear jeans to work. There is a cafe in the office park and convenient location.

Although REZ-1 just updated their software product. It is still very dated and does not compare well to software products these days. Management is very inexperienced. They do not know how to manage and use their employees strengths. Growth opportunities are minimal. This company is for entry level employees, looking to get their feet wet not long term growth. I'm Product is not very competitive. Clients could create or find a much better product that would far excel at what they need. Salary is not competitive.

    Advice to Management

Get experience at the managerial level. This is the only way your employees and company will survive Find ways to improve growth opportunities. It's discouraging to hard workers when there is no growth. Find your employees strengths and utilize them.
