Good pay. Easy application process. Travelling is fun.
Team leaders indulge in malpractices to meet targets. The management is aware of the malpractices and encourages it. Need to recheck hours worked as it will never match the number of hours paid. Travel pay is not paid in accordance with the company norms. The management does not like to answer any questions regarding payments via email so that there is no evidence to prove that they are working on the outstanding pay.
Advice to Management
RGIS generates a lot of revenue. There is no need to manipulate hours of the employees. Please stop doing this. Our employees work very hard. Give them their dues.
