Former Employee - Senior Consultant in McLean, VA

I worked at RGP full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexibility, variety, lots of ability to learn best practices from top firms

    Cons

You don't get paid between projects, which can be a substantial amount of time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start training consultants to find work. Relying only on the Client Service folks to bring in work often does not work well.
