Started out as a great place to work . Upper management and current CEO have no idea how to run a solar business.

I worked at RGS Energy full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Renewable energy market, long history in the industry

    Cons

Leadership change, no communication on important issues, lack of direction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees with a little more respect, and be open about your company losing money and market share. Going to an esales model will not work in solar.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
