  1.

Decent organization, but can be cut-throat. Not for the faint of heart.

I have been working at RJS Associates

    Pros

Really good training program, most of the managers are helpful. Entrepreneurial environment, if you are doing well they will let things slide, but if you are not making the numbers look out. If you are motivated and good on the phone, very high earning potential. Very fun working environment, if you're in the right group.

    Cons

Benefits are stingy, some employees cannot be trusted (commission sales, to be expected), tenancy for micro-management, career progression internally non existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate work-life balance, let successful employees work in a manner they see fit. Benefits could be alot better for staff.
