Nice people if you get out of the office. Good health insurance. Work on good projects and gain (somewhat useful) experience.
This company makes things harder and more stressful than they should be. RMF would rather get interns to do engineering work than hiring actual engineers. Not truly dedicated to a good product. Upper management is apathetic and sees an employee only as a work horse. No work/life balance and mandatory overtime. Upper management doesn't learn from their mistakes and stretches engineers thin by not giving appropriate help or tools to succeed. No rewards for hard work but just more work. High egos with are coddled. Management will say anything to keep an employee from leaving. Project managers do not manage or understand what it takes to do a job. They also dump responsibility off to interns. Work weeks seem to center around putting out fires from design issues.
Advice to Management
Hire quality engineers first and stop relying on inexperienced people to do work. Reward the hard workers and not the people with entitlement issues.
