I have been working at RMIT University Vietnam full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This place used to be very good and there are still a number of good people working there but things are not at they used to be.
Might be easier to get a job here due to high and increasing staff turnover

    Cons

A constantly changing leadership who are only interested capitalising on the place and advancing their own careers.
Teaching English might be OK but it would for academic staff you will be misled and unappreciated.
The pay for English is good but for academics it is poor. You get the same as English teachers
