I worked at RMMC full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Not behind a desk. Staff is very open and friendly. The product offer is great.

    Cons

No matter where you live or are sent to for that days work- you have to meet at the main building every morning and night. It is such a waste of time and gas! It is aggressive, cold-calling type of sales. Ads make it seem like a legit career, but it is a joke. You sell DTV in Best Buy's and Sam's Club venues. That annoying sales person everyone hates- that's you. If you don't sell one day, you automatically needs more training. The training consists of a person who did sell a lot that day to tell you what you already know. "Confidence" is their best advice and excuse with selling. Get out and find a real job. They claim you'll make solid money but if you have bills, you better get a second job for solid income. Say hello to long days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop marketing yourselves as something you are not. Your reputation is as a scam and the product is actually a great one but YOU give it a bad name. DTV should take this selling into their own hands.
