    Pros

This is a great job for someone who just got out of college to learn the quick ins and outs of business. There are a lot of fun little events, they give you food (be careful Freshman 15 very often seen here), and it can be a lot of fun.

    Cons

Takes years to make money. They basically hire a bunch of people, give you months to get off the ground and then fire you or wait till you leave and then keep whatever you got nurse wise and redistribute it with more profit than loss from bringing you on since they put you in a not so nice hotel in Utah, pay for a flight, have their own training facility, and pay you barely any base salary. You don't see commissions til months after nurses you've hired start working. Total immature job but a nice happy environment.

    Advice to Management

Help your employees actually make money. Think: Wolf of Wallstreet. Probably be happier with less turnover.
