    I worked at RPC full-time for more than a year


    Good environment to work. You have a job.


    Limited opportunity for growth. Benefits and vacations suck. Management always expect you to work hard but don't do much for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should give attention to employees' concerns. Ask employees for their views. Senior management should work closer with regular employees. Not only listen to their immediate boss.... Management should inform employees before making career changes.
