I worked at RPI Consulting Group full-time (more than a year)

I want to state this right off the bat - the average person is going to have difficulty working here, especially if they have no previous sales experience. BUT, if you dedicate yourself to learning the job, and building your roster of clients, you're going to make a lot of money here. The base salary is decent, but the commission is, quite frankly, pretty incredible. I made more at RPI than I have anywhere else, and that's a fact.

As previously said, it's a tough place to work. The environment is aggressive and, at times, profane - but this is something that happens at a sales job. You need to have a thick skin, and you NEED to be able to take criticism.

Maybe, just maybe, tone it down a little bit.
