Former Employee - Human Resources Executive in Singapore (Singapore)

I worked at RSH full-time (more than 3 years)

    - Good place to work if you would like to be a hands on person.
    - During my employment with rshlimited, I have learn a lot from my Immediate Supervisor.

    - Limited resources (human resources & budget to run any programme)
    - Limited Career Progression (too many fire fighting to do)
    - Unlimited amount of work
    - Lousy IT system
    - Bare Minimum Benefits whatever benefits in place are required by employment law
    - No work life balance
    - Compensation is below average
    - Too many long serving staff who may not have the necessary skills set to lead or to manage a team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Need more new blood to revitalise the whole place.
