They have a few brilliant people, who if you're fortunate enough to come across can really help you enjoy work. They also do great community, charity and volunteering work and i was fortunate enough to go to the Amazon rain forest as part of one of the competitions.
The senior and executive management team are completely disjointed from the people. They refuse to listen, take on board advice or nurture talent (on the whole.) Graduates are placed on a pedastool and the vast majority of them are egotistical and lack business acumen. IT systems are out of date and hinder rather than help customer service, with the amount of travelling required between sites being ridiculous. Comments of racism have also been raised, however not confirmed. They live by a set of 'critical behaviors' which are empty words and not followed through.
Advice to Management
Listen to people. Have equal playing fields for all. Nurture talent and don't think standard 'training courses' fix all things. Admit when you're wrong and don't be so egotistical
