    I have been working at Radi Tech full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    You would be treated like more than an employee (as the CEO says "We are like a family") for the first few months. Later you will be treated like trash.

    Cons

    Not professional in terms of work and services.
    Not reliable.
    No payments on time.
    If asked for payments they will delay it intentionally.
    They will not provide us with proper documentation during VISA interviews.
    If someone is stuck in their home country with a visa problem, the company never cares to submit proper documentation.
    At any point of time in an year there is an IRS or USCIS audit going on the company.
    If the company cannot provide documentation for the visa interview they will deliberately cancel the candidates visa with out prior notice.
    All deductions from the pay will not be informed to the employees. Once the employee checks the monthly salary and realizes about the deductions and call the HR then they will say that there were some deductions.
    A part of salary for all employees will be held like a security deposit for an apartment.
    No proper medical insurance coverage.
    HR will change frequently and there is no consistency.
    It will take weeks to months for anyone int he company to respond to an issue of an employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The people are running a company. So they are not kids to take advice about basic things from the reviewers.
