I have been working at RadioShack

    Pros

Great location in downtown Fort Worth. Easy access. Employee discount . Good cafeteria. Beautiful building. Great executive pay.

    Cons

Don't know where the company is going when the lease runs out on the campus they just sold. Not an executive, forget about making any money. You never know if you will be the next to go. Very stealthy and sneaky management style. No communication within the ranks of the company. People are very snobby and unfriendly. Those on the top will not even look down to see you. Forget about being spoken to. Show up, punch the clock, do your work, get out. Forget about transferring to another department for advancement. You can't apply without going thru management and if you do your job well, they aren't letting you go! Small raises, 2% in the last 3 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about the "clock-punchers" that make $10 hr. so the execs can bring in the $500k salaries and bonuses. Cut the bonuses back at the top and throw a little down the hill. Treat people fairly and with respect.
