I have been working at Radwell International full-time (More than 3 years)

The training and mentor program is extensive. The employees are knowledgable in their positions and are willing to share it with you. The benefits are better than most. The owner makes appearances often and always makes it a point to speak to his employees which you don't see often in a company of this size.

Management at Radwell is a subjective term. In this "promote family and friends" environment, it is not your skills that will lead you to growth but sadly who your neighbor is or who you are in a relationship with that matters. There are managers that have no idea how to complete the functions that the job requires, who do nothing but sit behind a desk collecting a free paycheck. The pay scale is random and unfair. Especially to those that work hard and keep Radwell growing. The former GM has been removed from his position for bullying and harassment yet still holds a position of significance due to his long standing relationship with upper management. The current GM, although not unknowledgable has no idea about repairs or production. He is scattered in his thoughts and directive making it difficult to complete any task. Although neither are fit for the position, many employees debate over which would be better , the dictator vs the insane. There is an assistant GM who has the ability and the knowledge to run the production and repair side but is not given the chance. There are no consequences for mismanagement or not knowing the role of a management position. Sadly, favoritism, relationship status and "being a yes man" are what management is made of here. Education, ability and dedication to doing things correctly do not hold any weight here.

    Advice to Management

Make some moves. Put the right people in the positions they deserve and remove the ones that do not. Too many employees suffer at the incompetence of their managers/supervisors.
