    I worked at Ramada part-time (less than a year)


    Caring co-workers, management concern over employees health and travel conditions


    Drama, drama, drama, unsanitary conditions in area's of the hotel, bed bugs in some of the rooms, shuttle (van) that doesn't work, stress due to the poor condition of the hotel and having to keep guests happy while they are in truth a terrible hotel.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire the owner, get financial backing that would allow the necessary repairs to be done, and the employees to be paid a competitive wage instead of the low ball wages they are being paid currently.
