Money, aside from that nothing else to say positively about this place

Unprofessional and immature sales team/management. It's exactly like the movie "Boiler Room" except with pop music blasting and people tossing balls around all day - very hard to be productive which allows management to ride in on their high horse and provide "discipline". Tons of bosses, no leaders from what I could gather. Everyone acts like they're SO important. Managers care only about themselves, team members have defined 'cliques' - don't bother trying to fit in. No one cares for your growth or success - only the true brown-nosers saw advancement opportunity, hence why sales management is in disarray. The culture is exhausting from day one.

    Advice to Management

Clean house on the sales side. Redefine yourself by professionalism, not by trying to be the "cool company on the block"
