    Pros

    Well-funded company. Lost of media properties.

    Cons

    Management will not give help you discover all benefits you are entitled to or your rights. It's difficult to go up the chain to higher management if you have a complaint about lower management. If can feel like you are not being taken seriously if you have a legitimate complaint.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Ensure that employees have full access to benefits. Develop a system by which employees can truly be heard and valued for what they have to say even when it comes to complaints about direct or near-direct supervisors. Create a safe and functioning procedure for employees to voice their concerns as far up the ladder as they need to go.
