    Pros

    If you are a yes man who just wants to fly under the radar and collect a measly paycheck, don't want to think for yourself, want to have to ask permission to do every part of your job, or if you care nothing for doing good work, then you will probably like working here.

    Cons

    * very low pay vs industry standard
    * the people aren't necessarily overflowing with talent- they are mostly just entry level people or whoever would accept the low pay that was being offered
    * micromanagement to the point you feel you can't breath
    * no opportunity for growth or advancement
    * abusive work place
    * too much office politics
    * senior management looks after their personal interests only and makes bad business decisions
    * extremely high turn over rate due to all the problems above

    CEO wants to be the next Steve Jobs but doesn't have the talent or the know-how. He runs the company like a spoiled rotten 5 year old- throwing tantrums when he doesn't get his way. This is why they are constantly burning through the investor money and his parent's real estate fortune.

    GM is a crook and everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. He is steeling from the company and it's customers in every way imaginable so he can collect his fat commission checks.

    Nobody is interested in relocating to Irvine to work for you or the maniac you are letting run the company into the ground. Bring back Razer Guy!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Grow up. Remove yourself from the 9 job titles or however many you claim you currently hold. Surround yourself with professionals- NOT JUST YES MEN! This is why you haven't been able to go public and are losing market share at every turn. It's also no coincidence that all your good employees are taking jobs with your competitors.

    Hire people with experience and know-how and pay them a fair and decent salary. Don't berate them because of your errors, failings, or unwillingness to put in the necessary effort to get things done.

    Stop hiring your family members, college buddies, or flight attendants that you just pick up. Take better care of the employees you do have. Work life balance is important not blind allegiance to your failing dreams. Loyalty must be earned because it certainly can't be bought on the low salaries that you are doling out.

    Steve Jobs was a leader, a visionary, a genius, a perfectionist, a relentlessly dedicated work aholic, and a world class egomaniac. You've only been able to partially mimic the later. This along with affecting his eccentric wardrobe (wearing the same thing each day) does not make you Steve Jobs and never will!
