Great efforts to make all employees comfortable, with flexible benefits, parking, gym, and stress-less environment. Well known name in the industry with decent products and hardworking people.
Lacks modern process and practices. Sluggish in making improvements and addressing the market. Too many changes in management and entrenched lowered positions refusing to change and adapt.
Advice to Management
Truly recognize employees who go above and beyond the call of duty. Encourage those who are willing to stick their necks out an who put some skin on the game for the sake of the business.
Introduce the concept of internal customer valuation and make sure the internal servicing nodes are measured and compensated based on the quality of service they provide to the departments and the level of satisfaction expressed by the internal customers.
