I worked at RealNetworks full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people. Free snacks. Some cool technology. I worked in the games group (GameHouse) and it was just years of bad decisions, cruddy leadership and always-too-late ideas. Lots of good people were let go, but more than that the people left behind had very little hope of success.

    Cons

Executive management is a mess. Lost their innovate edge years ago, just trying to stay alive. Not sure why the people in charge were in charge, except as cases of nepotism and tenure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are burning through your reserves, now is the time to take a real chance, not a follow-and-hope-to-find-success model.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
