    Pros

In the early days, Recurrent Energy was a close-knit team with great cross group collaboration. There was definitely an aspect of growing pains in scaling the team and completing projects. The leadership team is very strong and communicates effectively to the rest of the company.

    Cons

Personal development is discussed, but this is one of those nebulous areas where new employees must take it upon themselves to find a mentor or actively have discussions on career progression and feedback in order to improve and move up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The difficulty lies in maintaining the lean company culture while growing and expanding the company.
