Amazing place to work, but regularly overworked and unappreciated

Former Employee - Software Technical Team Leader in Milton Keynes, England (UK)

I worked at Red Bull full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Stimulating environment working in a place where the cars are designed and built. Large budget for training and personal development and the ability to work with the latest technologies.

    Cons

Internal politics and sniping between departments can ruin productivity. Long hours expected, poor pay rises (sub inflationary 2%) considering their success over the past few years. Don't feel particularly appreciated in IT as aero, simulation, vehicle dynamics departments are treated as royalty.
