    I have been working at Red Lion Hotels full-time for more than 10 years


    The people for the most part had always been wonderful, very family like. Flexible hours, flexible work from home opportunities and time off or family balances were always understood. Compensation for tenured employees was always on the lower side, however, the benefits of the environment outweighed the smaller pay.


    The office culture has changed drastically in 2014, it is no longer a personable atmosphere, care culture is no longer as relevant and expectations are always unreasonable. Numerous long term tenured employees have left in 2014 as a result of the disregard for basic human courtesy by new leadership.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat people with respect and courtesy and they will want to work harder with you and for you.
