Former Employee - Server in Ledgewood, NJ

I worked at Red Lobster part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They are somewhat flexible, and being a big busness, a slight downturn in business doesn't mean you are fired.

    Cons

Their big business model lets alot of annoyances slip, when they could be easily fixed with a bit of localized attention.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Decentralize. You may also want to re-evaluate your business model, people aren't willing to pay so much for seafood as in the 80's.
