    I worked at Red Robin part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    -Awesome management.
    -Welcoming and team-oriented atmosphere.
    -Pay is solid. Tip-out is fair and servers are compensated if they don't at least make minimum wage from tips (which they will.)

    Cons

    -Sometimes closing can be an incredibly drawn out process.
    -As a busser, we were in VERY early, and VERY late.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take-out could definitely use improvement. The mixo is often far too busy to be dealing with phone orders, while there are often 2-3 hosts just standing there that should be learning the menu.
