    Pros

    Travel perks are nice and help alleviate some stress when workload seems unbearable. If you are a fitness fanatic, you can expect daily encouragement to move, cancel or delay meetings. Friday summer hours.

    Cons

    Fitness (Crossfit) enthusiasm and appearance seem to matter more in terms of company progression than dedication and hard work towards daily job responsibilities. Little support offered when morale is low. Lay offs and restructuring seem to be inevitable and at least yearly, resulting in little confidence about job security. Minimal action taken when employees face inhospitable working conditions due to unreasonable upper management. Zero to no mentoring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work on rewarding and maintaining talent by consistent salary review and bonus offerings - time it takes to get approvals for pay increases or additional reward money is far too long - people walk and we lose extraordinary designers to competitors offering more pay for the same work. Offer support for new managers and teams.
